Partner Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 22 June 2026

These Partner Terms and Conditions ("Partner Terms") govern use of the Allergy Advisor Brand Portal and the submission, review, approval, display, and management of partner reward deals. They apply to brands, retailers, restaurants, venues, agencies, and other organisations that create a partner account or submit offers to Allergy Advisor ("Partner", "you").

Our separate consumer Terms and Conditions apply to app users. If there is a conflict between these Partner Terms and the consumer terms for partner activity, these Partner Terms apply.

1. Authority to bind your organisation

By creating a partner account, submitting a reward deal, or using the Brand Portal, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the relevant organisation and to accept these Partner Terms on its behalf.

You are responsible for every submission made through your account, including brand name, logo, deal title, description, discount code, claim URL, required tier, country, expiry, exclusions, terms, and any other offer information.

You must ensure submissions are accurate, current, lawful, not misleading, and supported by any required permissions, evidence, licences, consents, or rights.

4. Approval, rejection, pausing, and removal

Submitted deals may appear as pending until Allergy Advisor reviews them. We may approve, reject, pause, edit formatting, request changes, remove, or decline to display any partner deal at our discretion, including where we believe an offer may be inaccurate, expired, unsafe, misleading, unsuitable, unlawful, harmful to users, harmful to Allergy Advisor, or inconsistent with our brand or safety position.

Approval does not mean Allergy Advisor has verified, certified, medically reviewed, endorsed, or guaranteed the offer, product, venue, allergen information, ingredients, safety, suitability, fulfilment, or legal compliance.

5. Partner responsibility for offers

6. Allergy, coeliac, medical, and food safety claims

Important safety position: Allergy Advisor is a communication, review, and discovery platform. It is not a medical, food safety, allergen certification, gluten-free certification, coeliac accreditation, restaurant inspection, product testing, or dietary advice service.

You are solely responsible for any product, ingredient, allergen, gluten-free, coeliac, cross-contamination, kitchen process, menu, label, suitability, safety, health, or medical-related claim in your offer, website, product, venue, packaging, staff communication, or customer journey.

You must not state or imply that Allergy Advisor has tested, verified, approved, certified, guaranteed, medically endorsed, or made any safety determination about your brand, product, venue, or offer. You must not use Allergy Advisor's name, logo, app presence, or deal approval as evidence that something is safe for people with allergies, coeliac disease, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions.

Where a deal relates to food, drink, supplements, cosmetics, hospitality, restaurants, venues, kitchens, or other safety-sensitive products or services, you must ensure all allergen, ingredient, cross-contamination, and safety information is accurate, up to date, lawful, and communicated directly to customers by you. Users must always check directly with you before purchasing or consuming anything.

7. Mandatory safety wording

Allergy Advisor may display safety wording with partner deals, including: "Always check ingredients, allergen information and cross-contamination warnings directly with the brand before purchasing." You must not remove, obscure, contradict, or discourage this safety wording.

8. Licence to use partner content

You grant Allergy Advisor a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, copy, resize, format, display, distribute, and promote your submitted brand name, logo, deal information, offer terms, website links, and related content in connection with Allergy Advisor, the Brand Portal, the app, website, founder dashboard, partner approval workflow, user communications, and promotional activity for approved or submitted offers.

You confirm you have the rights needed to grant this licence and that partner content does not infringe third-party rights.

9. No guaranteed placement or results

Allergy Advisor does not guarantee approval, display, user visibility, clicks, redemptions, sales, revenue, ranking, placement, conversion, or commercial outcome. We may test, change, limit, or remove rewards features at any time.

10. User data

Allergy Advisor does not provide partners with app user personal data by default. Future analytics, click tracking, code-copy tracking, or paid partner reporting may be provided in aggregated, anonymised, or contractually agreed form. You must not attempt to identify, track, contact, or profile Allergy Advisor users unless you have a separate lawful basis and agreement.

11. Fees and paid placements

Unless separately agreed in writing, creating a partner account or submitting a deal does not create a paid placement, exclusivity, sponsorship, commission arrangement, guarantee, or long-term commercial commitment. Future paid partner placements, featured deals, sponsorships, or advertising packages may be subject to separate terms.

12. Intellectual property

All Allergy Advisor names, logos, software, app screens, designs, copy, systems, workflows, databases, and platform features remain owned by Allergy Advisor or its licensors. You may not use Allergy Advisor branding in press, advertising, packaging, websites, social media, or other materials without prior written permission, except to accurately state that your approved offer is available in Allergy Advisor where we permit it.

13. Confidentiality

Non-public portal information, commercial discussions, pricing, review notes, product roadmap information, and account access information must be treated as confidential unless we state otherwise or it is already public.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate partner access, pause deals, remove content, or block submissions where we believe there is a breach of these Partner Terms, legal risk, safety concern, misleading claim, user complaint, non-response, misuse, reputational risk, or operational need.

15. Disclaimers

The Brand Portal and partner rewards features are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allergy Advisor disclaims all warranties, representations, and guarantees relating to availability, security, performance, approval, display, deal results, user activity, commercial outcome, or fitness for a particular purpose.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allergy Advisor, its founder, affiliates, officers, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of data, partner offer failure, customer complaints, product issues, food safety incidents, allergy incidents, illness, injury, death, regulatory action, or claims arising from partner products, services, offers, content, websites, staff, fulfilment, allergen information, ingredients, or safety statements.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allergy Advisor, its founder, affiliates, officers, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your partner content, offers, products, services, websites, claims, fulfilment, breach of these Partner Terms, breach of law, infringement of rights, misleading information, allergen or food safety issue, product safety issue, customer complaint, injury, illness, death, or regulatory investigation connected with your brand, product, venue, or offer.

18. Data protection

Our Partner Privacy Policy explains how we use partner account and business contact data. If any future integration involves personal data sharing, lead generation, user identification, or direct user contact, additional data protection terms may be required.

19. Changes

We may update these Partner Terms as the partner portal, approval workflow, rewards model, brand onboarding, and commercial features develop. Continued use of the portal after changes means acceptance of the updated Partner Terms.

20. Governing law

These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
